Where to start and where to end? Because I enjoy the whole process - I am willing to be as flexible as you need on this. It is your home and you can look at what needs to be done and decide what part of that process you want to participate in and what part of that process you want me to handle. That being said I will list what my primary areas are... but we can work together and make this happen to fit your needs!


Home Organization:
Consultation -- 1-2 hours of time. This includes a guided tour of the space-s that you want to work on and sitting down and discussing your current use of the space and what you desire the space to do for you when finished. I will take a few photos, some notes, and an earful (in a good way I hope) and within one day I will return to you with a detailed listing of what needs to happen to make that happen - including pictures, notes, and examples to help show what the finished project would look like. So often I hear, "I know that I don't like to live like this but I just don't know where to start!"...I can help with that!
Fee -- $175

Home Organization -- This will be basically taking the consultation and putting it into action! We will go over my recommendations and see how you want them to work. You can choose All or Partial and we can get started! This is your home and the goal is to make it work for you! You will only be charged hourly for the time I put in at your house. Any shopping that needs to be done for supplies, etc. can be done either by me (with a 5% charge to cover my time) or by you.
Fee -- $ 50/hour


Home Staging:
Consultation -- One hour of time. I will need to have 30 minutes to tour the home myself and take pictures and notes... and then up to 30 minutes of time with the home owner or realtor to discuss the situation of the house, expectations of the home owner, and timeline. I will return to you within one day with a detailed listing of what needs to be done in each area to achieve the desired effect! This will include pictures, notes, and examples so that you can see what needs to happen. With this information, a homeowner would be able to do all the work themselves if they have the time and chose to.
Fee -- $175

Staging a property to sell-- This is again putting the consultation into action. This is something that can be invaluable to a homeowner that already has a lot on their plate... the process of preparing for a move (and that is our goal here) can require an amazing amount of details and work! This is what I love to do -- and what I focus on doing -- so let me take care of this detail and let you enjoy the rest! The reality of having your home glow on the first impression is probably the most important thing that YOU can control when selling your home. Staging can make it stand out from the rest -- and that favorable impression will keep it on the top of the "yes" list for prospective buyers!
Fee -- $ 50/hour

Staging a property for your lifestyle -- This is a somewhat new phenomenon in the world of staging. The desire to not necessarily "decorate" with all that can entail but to have your home "staged" to reflect your needs, interests, and sense of style can make your house your HOME. This is something that is deeply personal to your own tastes and needs, but yet can leave you with a polished look that gives people who enter your home (most importantly YOU everyday) a view into the order and beauty that you want your home to reflect. There are staging techniques that are invaluable to making a house look "right" for selling purposes that can be modified to make it "right" to live in as well as being a comfortable haven for you and your family! This will include some organization, but is predominantly an aesthetic action. Again, we can talk about what you want and what you need and I can make that happen for you!
