What difference does that make you might ask? To put it quite simply – the difference between “oh my gosh! I love it” and “oh my gosh… let's look at another one!” Staging is, quite simply, the act of getting your home in order so you can sell it quickly. This is done in a variety of ways, few of which are painful, but all of which are necessary. If you can tip the odds in your favor – and make your home stand out from the rest – and if I can make that a pain-free (dare I say FUN) process – then you have nothing but time to lose and the beginning of the next stage of your life to gain!
